In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided or if you’ve chosen a wrong course by mistake or if you want to discontinue our services, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before subscribing to our courses, it provides all the details about the courses you subscribe.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their course and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy
Don’t worry, you can cancel your subscribed course at any time. And if you cancel your current subscription within 24hrs then you may get upto 100% refund. For Cancellations please log in to your account - then go to dashboard - then cancel your course from the “My Subscription” tab.
Refund Policy
Once you’ve canceled your subscription (within 10 days*), you’ll get the refund directly in your bank account (same way) within 5-7 business days.
These are a prepaid service provided by Master Of Jobs or Advanced Computer Academy. So, if you’ve already used our study materials or if you’ve attended our live classes or mock tests or if we’ve completed our services which you paid for, you will not get any refund. But, if the service is remaining, then you will get a refund against the remaining services.
For example: If you’ve subscribed to a course for 30 days and you’ve taken our services for 10 days or you’ve accessed our study materials for 10 days, then you’ll get a refund for the remaining 20 days only.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
*Note: No refund will be initiated if you cancel your subscription after 10 days.
